MS Office XP EULA Activation

Several months after receiving a new PC with Office XP installed, I began to have to accept the End User’s License Agreement every time I open any Office application. This happens each time I open the application, regardless of how many times I use(Word, Excel, PP, Outlook) in the same session. I have tried contacting the OEM – (No help), activating the license while in each MS Office XP application, (indicates the license is already activated), uninstalling / reinstalling MS Office XP, nothing has worked to eliminate having to accept the EULA with each session. None of the articles I’ve read about EULA discuss my current situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
