MS Office2003 Outlook Save As File Type

I am running XP Home/Office2003. When I am in Outlook, and right-click on a graphic in an email to do a “save as”, I only get one file type to save it as [which is *.bmp]. I used to get a choice [*.bmp, *.jpg, *.gif, etc.] Any ideas??
