MS Outlook

One of my users is using Outlook to retrieve his mail, and has been complaining that every time he does a Send and Receive it downloads ALL of his mail messages again.

I asked him about his account settings, and he told me that he DOES have “Leave a copy of messages on server” checked. That doesn’t seem to me like it would be causing the problem, as I use the same setup and it don’t redownload mine.

Anyway, I was wondering if any of you have run into a similar situation (or have some better questions for me to ask this guy).
