MS Outlook 2002 &Lotus Notes Connector

I have successfully installed MS connector to allow ne to use Lotus notes via MS outlook 2002 and sync with my Ipac PDA.
The problem is my email FROM address is coming up as the full lotus notes name not nortont@rexel.com.au (Tim_Norton/SA/AUSTRALIA/REXEL%REXELAUSTRALIA@rexel.com.au).
I am finding many email servers will not accept the email when addressed like this but cant seem to change it.
I also as a less significant issue find that the PDA does not sync as well as it did when I was notusing MS Connector
