MS Outlook 2003 problem

I have a user every time he open MS Outlook he can’t check his email because if he click on “Inbox” a search screen appears and the message “Internet Explorer can’t find Inbox”, and so for contacts, outgoing emal, etc, any idea where I can disable this feature?
