MS Outlook Mail Shows Odd Behaviour!!!

my user just received few mails which she couldn’t see the message written by sender!!! as she has an auto preview mode for her incoming mail therefore she knows that sender has written some words for her…but then if double click on that mail can’t see anything at all…strange thing i would say…ms outlook bugs!!!

i have checked on mail view encoding…that mail is in US-ASCII mode…does it make a different from viewing sender’s message in mail?

my usual setting for user is in html compose format. use ms word to edit email. outlook xp with sp3 is being used.

please assist me with quick solution. thanks so much.
