MS Outlook VBA

Could someone tell me the best pratical features of using VBA for MS Outlook 2K/02.
I have to train some users (in a one day course)and they need to be able to use these features in their workplace (Admin/Support staff).
They are fully clued in on most Menu commands/features of the application so they would like to enhance upon this without it being to complicated! Its their first foray into scripting!
Can you also outline any resource(s) on-line or printed for using VBA to enhance Outlook?
