MS outlook Vs. Outlook Web ACcess

Hello everyone,
We just finished deploying Windows 2003 small business server with Exchange.

1 ) I have one mobile user who’s asking if it’s possible to use MS Outlook instead of Outlook Web access, when he’s on the road. (he doesn’t like OWA !!!)
Is this possible????

2) Also, how can I find out the exact SMTP settings for the Exchange server(i.e smtp.company.com??)
