MS Word Dictionary

Is there a way to extract the one-word dictionary from any MS
applications, such as Word or FrontPage. It has an inbuilt dictionary, for
they are able to show you wrong spellings and after installation of the MS
application(s), the Dictionary part must be placed in some location or
there may be some way to extract them.
