msimn.exe-application error

I get the following application error from outlook express if i close this if internet explorer is not running.
msi.exe-application error heading.
The instruction at “0x77f52004” referenced memory at “0x007f4438”.the memory could not be “written”says click ok to terminate the program

any help as this anoying me !
