msn explorer

i have downloaded the new msn explorer with those cool moving graphics and color layout. how come when i open the email the site redirect it to the inbox of my email (hotmail, that is), but sometimes it displays the different thing and it’s cool,andit does not display the hotmail page i was talking about.the thing here is that how can i make my user interface in my email only the once with msn and make it as my default. i don’t want go back to boring hotmail page. thanks
