MSNBC-Video clips won’t play

I have several managers who watch the news video clips on msnbc.com. 2 of them can no longer get the video clips to play. Same message every time “the video clip is unavalaible”. Every other manager can get them. All systems are W2K with all updates and Service Packs. All Inernet Settings,DNS,WINS,ETC are the same. Any Ideas?
