multiple exchange 2000 servers

I have an exchange 2000 server with around 300 mailboxes. I want to setup one more exchange server in a remote location and make replication. What ever mails that are comming to my production mail server the same should get replicated with the remote location mail server. It should make an online replication with all its contents with the remote backup mail server. IS this possible and if so how i could proceed.
