Is it possible to have multiple profiles for the same Outlook account?
Here’s my problem. I have an Outlook account for my company email on my laptop. When I’m at the office, I use the default profile to send/receive remail using my company’s email server (both POP and SMTP). When I’m at home, I need to change the SMTP server setting in order to send email for the company email account, because my home ISP won’t let me use my company’s SMTP server. So, I would like to have 2 separate profiles. When I’m at the office, I’ll chose the “office” profile to use my office’s SMTP server. When I’m at home, I’ll chose the “home” profile to use my home ISP’s SMTP server to send out email for my office account.
Currently I’m manually changing the SMTP server setting whenever I get home or get to the office. If profile is not the way to go, can anyone offer another suggestion?
