Muvee autoproducer 6 HELP

Everytime I make a movie with my Muvee 6, when I click make movie I get an error message saying:Muvee Autoproducer Muvee autoproducer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience. Then it asks me to DEBUG, SEND ERROR REPORT, or DONT SEND. If I make a movie WITHOUT music it works FINE!! I only get the message when I add music files. I purchased this over 3 weeks ago, and It has not worked since. Tech support will NOT HELP me!! Or refund my money. Thanks, Teena
