Need a complete Help Desk/Time Bill

I am looking for a complete time and billing software for a help desk environment. I need everything. Call details. Equipment info. Software info. Billing and accounting. Time entry. Remote would be great. Can anyone give me suggestions for softwarepackages that integrate all aspects of managing a small help desk firm?
