Net Meeting problem sharing screen

I have a user at my office who is trying to share her screen over netmeeting, but that option is greyed out. I can connect to a call use all of the other features, I can view someone else sharing their screen on the same network. I have the firewall turned off, and I just can’t seem to figure it out. Any help would be great!
