NetGear ProSafe 48 Port Managed Switch GSM7352S

I am interested in getting some feedback on the performance of the NetGear ProSafe 48 Port Managed Switch GSM7352S which I plan to use in a small office network of 35 Users in 6 VLANS. There are 4 WAN/Internet connections to the outside (ADSL to Internet, Wireless to a University Campus, Private VSAT to a Data Acquisition Network and Public VSAT Internet as secondary path to the ADSL link). I am also planning to use the FVS124G Gigabit VPN Firewall at the perimeter entry points. I welcome any suggestion from users who have experience with these devices and also suggestions of any other solution considered better. We have a small IT support staff who are not highly trained so ease of use is an important factor.
