Netscape 7.02 and mac os

I am working for an ISP at the moment and I am having a little trouble with the new version of netscape 7.02 and mac os 9 and mac osX.I cannot seem to find detailed information on setting up netscape 7.02 for e-mail.I need to be able to walk people through setting up their e-mail as in putting in the servers to retrieve and send.I also need to know how to set up an identity in the new version of netscape
