Network Outlook 2000

I have a client that would like to network outlook 2000. He has 2 PC’s in his office one running XP home and the other windows 98SE.

He wants to be able to access his contacts folder and view the actvities from the W98SE PC he is using the XP machine as his outlook server.

He does not want to have to purchase MS Exchange

Is this possible and if so how do I go about it.
