Network Printer

I have a HP DeskJet printer and it is connected through LAN, every day I have to configure it on laptops and desktops, though I have configured it as shared printer. Here?s how i have to do it everyday…..
Open my Printers and Faxes screen
Open another window?. click show N/W connections login to the desktop which has the printer attached, type the password…and drag and drop on my window.
How do i get rid of this, any suggestions, thank you
