Network Printer Problem

We have a Ricoh Color Laser AP206 Printer installed on our network. It has been working properly until this afternoon. When printing a document, the printer cuts off the right side of the document. This has happened to two different users in WORD, PUBLISHER and even the test page. This problem occurred before, but I can’t remember how it was corrected. Thanks for your help.
