No Keyboard driver.

My keyboard is disabled when I get to the Windows NT 4.0 log in screen. I can no longer use my keyboard Ctrl+Alt+Del keys to log in and access my windows desktop. It appears that the keyboard system driver(s)was disabled. How do I enable the keyboard drivers so that I can use my keyboard again?
