no mail

on Outlook 2000 and with Exchange 5.5 all with the latest and greates updates 1 user out of 800+ at times cannot sent mail outside the local domain she can recieve but cannot sent and her mail inside is ok all settings the same and no limits on hermailbox.The error message is
“The recipient name is not recognized”
