Norton Antivirus

On a Dell desktop with Windows XP Home, I am trying to install Norton Systemworks 2003. The problem is, it won’t let me install until 2002 is uninstalled. I seem to be able to get rid of everything except Norton Antivirus. No matter what I try, I can’t get rid of it.
