Norton Internet Security and ActiveX controls

When loading a Java page Norton IS 2005 tells me it is trying to load an ActiveX control. As there is not ActiveX control on the URL I find this behaviour somewhat surprising and also frustrating as anyone who uses this URL is either finding the page is getting blocked or NIS is popping up the message every time the page is loaded. Any ideas as to why Norton treats Java pages as ActiveX controls?
