Norton Internet Sercurity Software.

Hi,
I’m running on XP Homw edition platform and i’m encounting the following problem when i run both Norton Anti-virus 2002 and Norton Internet Security 2002:
Norton Anti-virus > Cannot enable the Email scanning function!, Cannot scan my computer for virus as the window will close itself when running halfway.
Internet Security > Can enable the Personnal Firewall, Parently guildance and Ad blocking. But after enable I close the window. Then i open the window again to check the setting, its still disable!
Done reinstall everthing but no use.
Pls help urgent!!! Thanks..
