Norton’s FireWall

Hi,

I have Windows XP-home addition. All the latest updates. Within the last two weeks I have had trouble receiving e-mail from outlook Express. Norton’s firewall was blocking it. I would have to disable fire wall for a few seconds in order to get out look Express up. Then I would enable it immediately. I couldn’t find out why this was happening so I on installed it.

When trying to reinstall it I discovered I lost the key number to get in. I am quite sure I registered this 2004 program. Is there anything that I can do to get it back. I temporarily downloaded ZoneAlarm free download until I can find out what to do about Norton’s fire wall. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
