Object could not be loaded in Outlook 2003

I have a user that is not able to open a .msg (extention) attachement that is embeded within the email itself (ie. email within and email, the yellow envelops). Well, everytime the user tries to open it, he gets the above mentioned error.

Using Windows XP pro sp 2
Outlook 2003 Sp2

I tried to repair Office: failed
Updating the machine: failed
Application Event view: Nothing noted

Anything would help at this point. Funny thing is that the user is able to save the message on his desktop and open it, but can’t within Outlook itself.
