Odd printing in MS Accesss

Very odd printing problem that only effects MS Access.

Have a database, prints OK. When going to print preview shows errors about “There was a problem retrieving printer info for the object. Printer maybe unavailable”. If I then going to page setting and just OK it (no adjustments) then try preview, it works OK.

Checked printer settings, all seem OK.

Please help, seems odd and got me stuck!
