OE changed the Position of the Accounts

Since some days shows me OE only the bottom of the Windows with my Accounts on top of the screen, when I ask for new mails. It’s not possible to move it down to the visual position before, because the windows close after scanning the accounts.
Where is the registry information to change the startposition of this window? Or how I can change it more comfortable?
