OE won’t print messages fully

Outlook Express will only print the sender/receiver/subject info and not the full email. It is version 5.8. The printer will print all documents except email and web pages. It will print pdf documents. I have checked settings against my own OE emailand they are the same, so I have no idea why it won’t print the full page. In MSIE print preview contains nothing to show. Can anyone tell me what settings I need to adjust. Thank you
