Office 2K Standard – Short Cut Bar Probl

ok firsly the machine
– NT4 – 900Mhz duron – 128mb ram 10gb Hd

i seem to be having all kinds of problems with office 2000 standard – for some reason an error message has started to display saying cannot start shortcut bar press ok to continue –
to try and get around this problem i have uninstalled office2000 – rebooted the machine and reinstalled office2000 – but i still get the same message is there a setting i need to delete or something i can change to fix this – any ideas please people
