Office 97 fault!!!

Hi,expert out there,
ever encounter spreadsheet performing very very slow? This esp when moving the scroller up and down will take donkey mins to be completed!

PC is OEM Celeron 400, 64MB RAM, 10GB hard disk.

Is the MS Office 97 fault that cause spreadsheet become very slow in performing?

User might have to re-do it means copy and paste the existing one onto another new spreadsheet then can improve this problem…

I have try to reinstall OS or even the MSO97 but this problem is still persisting. Please give me your advice, thanks.
