Office 97 page fault when printing (wind

I have a machine that does not always like to print. Some files it prints and some it says there is a page fault with mso97.dll. I have tried reinstalling several times, which seems to help for a very short time but then it goes back to the errors and won’t print. I have also tried uninstalling/reinstalling the printer and drivers but that does not help. I am not sure what to do! any suggestions? This computer also has problems with printing PDF files that are in Outlook Express emails. Not sure why…
