Office Problems After SR-1 update

I recently installed the SR-1 patch for Microsoft Office 2000. Since then, i have had certain problems, the main concern, is when any office application is opened, the program will automatically close itself after about 5 seconds.
Weird. Has me stumped.

Also, when Windows boots up, Explorer is open, and in the folder of a game which was recently installed.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
