office XP

I carried out an install(upgrade)of office 2003 over office XP but for some reason Excel is asking for the Office XP CD. Unfortunately the CD that is being requested appears to be a commercial box version (Office XP with Frontpage) and not the version that is included with in the Microsoft Action pack, the version required is not available.
Is there any way to remove this annoyance without having the commercial box version???
