Office XP – outlook

we have recently moved to office XP. since then everytime we try to send an email with an application outside office, we get a message that informs us that a program is trying to access email addresses, we have to selecet yes to be able to access it. this is really anoying, I have looked in tools – options, also lowered the security level on Macro .. no go .. please help.
