Office XP !!SLOW!! Open Dialog Box

I’ve been pestered with this one for too long now! I have Office XP Pro running on WinXP Pro and in Word/Outlook, etc. when I click save or open and the Open dialong box comes up to My Documents by default it is extremely SLOW!!! It may take 30sec to open the dialog box completely.

Any ideas?
