Office XP slow to open My Documents

I’ve been pestered with this one for too long now! I have Office XP Pro running on WinXP Pro and in Word/Outlook, etc. when I click save or open and the Open dialong box comes up to My Documents by default it is extremely SLOW!!! It may take 30secto open the dialog box completely.

Any ideas?
