OLEPRO32.dll module

After deleting adware junk using the vendor supplied software, a program needing module OLEPRO32.dll would no longer work. The message was that ‘module OLEPRO32.dll was not found’. Anybody know what this module is/does? Is it a microsoft module? Where can I get the most current version?
