Online Tech Books

What happened to the link/access to the online Tech Books? (Not the ones for sale.)

I found an old shortcut in my IE favorites and it will take me to the site but when I click “My Bookshelf” or try to save a book to “My Bookshelf” it sends me back to the default TPG home page.
