Open GroupWise Resource in MS Outlook

I have a GroupWise Resource account that I can use Proxy in the GroupWise client, but I have a few users that use Outlook to open up their GroupWise messages and do not have GroupWise Client installed on their systems. Is it possible to Proxy/Sharethe GroupWise Resource account in MS Outlook? When I am in Outlook Client and go to File/Open the Open Share folders is grayed out. Is there something that I need to install? Is this possible? Thanks
