Opening mail attachments in outlook 2003

When opening emails with attachments,I have the message of “would you like to open the file or save it to your account?”
is there a way of forcing the attachment no matter what it is to automatically open, as this dialogue box is annoying.

i am aware of the security risks associated with this.
