Oracle Forms 9i Problem!

Can someone possibly tell me how to allow mutiple users to access oracle 8i/9i database concurrently through Forms 9i. These users are the ones that are created at database level with different roles and privileges.
It’s really causing me a lot of trouble. Any help will be appreciated.
