os windows problem

I bought a computer without a hard drive.I installed the hard drive works fine. I installed windows 98 & when i restart the computer a message comes up saying i need the windows 98 disk. Did i forget to install something if so what do i need to do now. If i don’t need to do anything else how do i get rid of the message.
