out going mails

i need to configure ms exchange 2000 to such that exchange gets mail from two domains (isp)
eg 1.)mymail@domain1.com& 2.)myemail@domain2.net
now mail from 1st email is to transfer to a group of recipients while 2nd is to delivered to individual recipients.can i use outlook to deliver these mail to exchange how?
