Out Look Express

I can not creat a message nor can i reply to someone’s message. A little window comes up that i do not have enough memory. Please tell me why this is happening. I have never had a problem before. I can how ever use my daughters yahoo to creat a message. But i need to use my own. The outlook express. Please help me on this issue!
