Out of Memory

How do I prevent ‘Out of Memory’ errors from occurring when I open the visual basic editor.

I don’t seem to have the problem if I open the editor on a PC running Windows 2000 Pro, with 256MB of RAM. Only only on a PC running Windows 98, with 384MB of RAM..
