Out of Office

Here is the problem: I’m tring to set up “out of office assistant within Outlook 2000 loaded from office 2000 professional.
I’ve been to technet, And have made sure the right entries are in the registry. I’m using the corporate/workgroup e-mail.
When I try to put the addin. It just kicks me make to the addin page.
BTW: emsuix.ecf is not there.
The CD does not have it either. But I did find it on an old Office 97 CD. I’ve tried to load it there too. (no Dice) Best I can get is the rules wizard. What is wrong here. I’ve reinstalled twice.
Same problem w/ win2000 pro win2000 server winXP.
